The La Ramblas Building was beautifully recently renovated and these twelve flats are now available for rental. In order to keep the "Barcelona flair" many of the brick walls and wooden support beams have been left exposed. But don't be fooled as these flats are equipped with the most modern furnishings including plasma TVs and elevators that bring you directly to your flat which provide added privacy and security. For a small fee you are even albe to use the WiFi internet connection. If you're travelling in a large group it is possible to reserve more than one of these flats and stay together	
	
Kitchen Description:
There is a fully equipped kitchenette situated in the open-plan living space. This has all the implements you may need for a self catering holiday. 

Living Room Description:
The living/dining room is bright and luminous, with large windows in the patio doors which lead onto two small balconies overlooking the street. There is a comfortable corner sofa for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, plus a stylish glass dinner table for spending mealtimes indoors. 

Bedroom Description:
The first bedroom has 2 comfortable single beds (90 x 200) and storage space for your unpacking in the large built-in wardrobes. This is an exterior room with plenty of natural light from the patio doors. 
The second bedroom has bunk beds for 2 people. It is an interior room but still has light from the window between the bedroom and dining room. 

Bathroom Description:
The bathroom is equipped with shower, wash basin and toilet. It features a designer glass wash basin, tiled walls and a spacious shower cubicle.

Other Features:
You will find the washing machine and ironing board in a small seperate utility room. 
Internet connection (Wi-Fi) (one time charge of 15€).
