Booking Confirmation
To confirm your booking, HiBCN must receive your online prepayment. Once booking is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation detailing:
  • remaining balance due upon arrival
  • name, phone and email of the apartment manager
  • address of the apartment
Please print out your e-mail confirmation. It has all information you’ll need to insure prompt check in.
Remaining Balance and Deposit
The remaining balance and the refundable damage deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival. The damage deposit is refunded when you check out, after the apartment manager has inspected the accommodation.
If you couldn’t provide your arrival time and details when you booked, please an e-mail/call apartment manager with your arrival details at least 3 days prior to your arrival date.
Please contact apartment manager when you arrive to the city. In case of any delay/change in arrival time, please notify apartment manager immediately.
There is no refund in case of late arrival or early departure.
Check In/Check Out
Once remaining balance and refundable security deposit is paid in full, apartment manager will give you the keys and show you around the apartment. You should have passport of identification card with you.
  • Check-in time after 14:00 (2 pm).
  • Check-out time before 11:00 (11 am).
  • Late arrival time:
    • After 20:00 (8 pm) extra late arrival charge is 30 EUR
    • After 00:00 (12 am) extra late arrival charge is 50 EUR
    • Holidays arrival extra charge is always 30 EUR
  • Late night/early morning check outs. Check outs between the hours of 20:00 (8pm) on the previous day and 8:00 (8 am).
    • Early check outs between 7:00 am and 8:00 am can be attended by apartment manager with an extra cost of 30 Euros.
    • Early check outs before 7:00 am won't be attended by apartment manager and deposits will be sent by bank transfer after verifying apartment condition
Utility Bills
All utility charges (water, electricity and gas) are included in the total price for all rentals up to 30 days. Utility consumption charge will be charged according to the meter reading upon you check in/out for all rentals longer than 30 days.
Number of guests
Only the guests indicated by the client in the booking are authorized to occupy the apartment You must book for the highest number of people that will occupy the apartment at any given time during your stay. You must notify the apartment manager should you want to add the number of people after the booking is confirmed. The price difference will have to be paid in order to confirm you modification. If you want to decrease the number of people the total price cannot be modified. The apartment manager will evict the client and his/her guests from the apartment in the event of any infringement of these obligations, thereby forfeiting the right to any compensation by the client.
Up to 2 children under 10 years old stay for free in all of our apartments (subject to the maximum number of guest allowed in the apartment). We are happy to provide Baby Cot without extra charge (subject to availability). Please check "We need Baby Cot in the apartment" check box on the booking page if you require one.
Booking Changes
In case of cancellation no refund will be made on the pre-payment, not even in case of force majeure. You can change the dates of your rental period for the same apartment subject to availability on the same apartment. Notice to change should be given 30 days in advance. In case booked apartment is not available (force majeure) HiBCN will make every effort to accommodate client in a similar apartment. Client will have right to refuse changes and cancel booking for a full refund. HiBCN is not liable for any further claims by the client. Should you decide to stay longer and the apartment is available, you will be charged the same rate per person, per night as in your original booking. There will be no modification of the price for should decide to decrease to the number of nights after the original booking is made. Apartment change from that of your confirmed booking is a de facto cancellation. All cancellations or changes must be made via email. HiBCN strongly advise customers to purchase travel insurance to avoid cancellation costs.
You are responsible for the condition of the apartment and its equipment during your stay. All rules and regulations for the apartment and its surroundings must be respected at all times. If any damage is done to the apartment and its equipment, you must inform the apartment manager immediately, so that repairs made as soon as possible. Please see House Rules for more information.
Please make sure that you do not disturb our neighbors at any time, by respecting the noise levels within the apartment (including balconies) and shared common areas (stairs, hallway, and elevator). Make sure TV c, CD player, or radio is not loud. Parties and Loud music ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. The owner reserve the right to evict client and his/her guests from the accommodation due to unsuitable behavior; thereby forfeiting the right to any compensation by the client. Upon your departure the apartment should be returned in a reasonably clean condition as you had received. Garbage should be taken out. The apartment manager will charge additional fees if the accommodation is not left as such. If you would like cleaning services during your stay, we can accommodate it for you at an additional cost which also includes a complete change of sheets and towels. Please see House Rules for more information.
Neither HiBCN nor the owner of the apartment shall be made liable for any direct or indirect damages that may occur during the stay-period at the apartment, including (but not exclusive to): injury to person or possession, losses because of fire, theft or criminal behavior.
In the event of any litigation concerning an accommodation booking with HiBCN S.L, the Courts in Spain have sole jurisdiction on such matters. Spanish law prevalent at the time will be applied.
HiBCN is not responsible for potential accidents, losses, change of schedule/rates, delays, damages. HiBCN therein are therefore not responsible for: Errors and omissions; Misrepresentation by third parties; Personal damage or injury while staying in apartments booked on HiBCN; Disputes between the client and a third party; Content of external links on its website. The service of HiBCN is limited to displaying accommodations and communication thereof, regarding making a booking, until booking confirmation is sent by email. The responsibility of HiBCN is limited to the amount paid for the booking service. HiBCN is not part of the rental agreement. Any complaints must be directed to the apartment manager.

All information and resources regarding an accommodation are supplied by the accommodation owner. Although HiBCN does its very best to verify and update the information as seen on the web site www.HiBCN.com, HiBCN cannot be made liable for its content. HiBCN reserves the right to update information published on the site at any time including (but not exclusive to): rates, descriptions and photographs. HiBCN does not guarantee condition or suitability of any product or service as advertised on its website. HiBCN reserves the right to update its terms and conditions at any time as required. It is the responsibility of parties using the HiBCN service, to review these terms and conditions in case of change. By agreeing to use the HiBCN service, it is inferred that any changes are accepted by all parties and that all parties comply with these changes. These terms and conditions do not affect your consumer statutory rights.
