Get in touchWhat are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2 pm and check-out is by 11 am. If you need a different time, write to us and we'll see what we can do depending on availability.
How do I get the keys?
We meet you in person at the apartment: we hand over the keys, show you around and tell you what you need to know about the area. We agree the time with you before you arrive.
Is the tourist tax included in the price?
No. Barcelona's tourist tax is mandatory, is charged per person per night and is not included in the booking price. You pay it when you arrive at the apartment, by card or in cash.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, free of charge up to 15 days before arrival. You pay €50 when you book, which only checks your card and is refunded if you cancel in time. The rest is charged 15 days before arrival.
Is there a security deposit?
No deposit is charged when you book. When you arrive we place a €200 pre-authorisation on your card as a guarantee. It is not a charge and is released after you check out.
Is it safe to pay on this website?
Yes. Payment goes through Lodgify's secure checkout, our booking system, and you get your confirmation by email straight away.
Can I rent by the month?
Yes. We have flats for stays of 31 nights or more. Search under “By month” to see the price for your dates, or write to us and we'll help you choose.
Do the apartments have Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a washing machine?
Yes. Every flat has Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a washing machine. Each apartment page lists its full amenities.
Why book here instead of Airbnb or Booking?
Because prices here are lower than on Booking or Airbnb, you deal directly with the people who look after the flat, and the money stays with a Barcelona family business.
