Price
The price shown on the website is the one in our booking system at that moment, with the direct booking discount already applied. It includes accommodation and final cleaning.
The Catalan tourist tax is not included: it is paid on arrival at the apartment, by card or cash.
Payment
Payment is made on Lodgify's secure platform in two parts: €50 when you book and the rest 15 days before arrival. Before confirming you will see the exact amounts and dates for your booking.
Cancellation
You can cancel free of charge up to 15 days before arrival, which is when the rest of the amount is charged. If you cancel within that time we also refund the €50: it is only used to check that your card is valid.
Your booking conditions are also shown at the last step of checkout and in your confirmation email.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out by 11:00, unless the apartment page says otherwise. We hand over the keys in person and agree the time with you before you arrive.
Spanish law requires all guests to be registered: on arrival we will ask for an ID card or passport for each person.
During your stay
Each apartment accepts the maximum number of guests shown on its page. Please respect the neighbours' rest, especially at night.
If something isn't working, write to us: someone from the team will come over in person.
Mid-term stays
Some apartments are only rented for a minimum of 31 nights. These are mid-term stays (for work, study or other temporary reasons), not holiday rentals.
