How we work
We meet you in person
We wait for you at the flat, hand over the keys and show you around. No key boxes or instructions by email.
We look after it ourselves
Cleaning, maintenance and repairs are done by us or by people we trust. If something goes wrong, someone from the team comes over.
We know every flat
We're in them often and know each one well. We'll honestly tell you which suits you best.
